New Customer Portal
We have a new Portal coming which will replace the current Kofax Customer Portal.
- Co-worker Case Sharing: Each User will be able to see and update all of their Cases and their co-worker Cases based upon their Company's Account.
- All Cases active since 2016 and beyond will be available after login.
New Unified Knowledge Base
We listened to your requests and now have a unified Knowledge Base which contains:
- Articles for all Kofax Products.
- A much improved search capability.
Updated Product Information webpages
These webpages will provide quicker access to all the Support tools and information.
